Icelandic Translations maintains the utmost confidentiality about all communications with customers and material that the company receives, and inquiries that the company receives, whether they lead to a business relationship or not. All of our employees and vendors have signed a strict confidentiality agreement (non-disclosure agreement).
Confidentiality Agreements
All employees of Icelandic Translations have signed a confidentiality agreement that will remain in effect after the employees leave their jobs. The agreement covers all communications due to inquiries or work requests as well as all data that staff may handle in their work.<
Closed Systems
All text is processed in closed systems to which only our project managers have access. All communications are recorded and saved on databases in Iceland.
